Don't Fall
Don't Fall is one continuous climb: 3,226 vertical metres from a disconnected festival on the sand to a torch above the clouds, with the whole of internet culture stacked in between.
There are no checkpoints, no practice mode and no saves. Fall, and you land on whatever is below and climb back from there. That's the rule the game is named after.
Runs in the browser on desktop, Android and iPhone. No install, no account needed. Two leaderboards, highest point and fastest climb, that only accept runs which replay correctly on the server. Record and share your own falls.
US$100 to the fastest verified climb to the torch each quarter, US$1,000 for the year. Free entry; rules on the site.
The game runs on its own site; the button here opens it in a new tab (it's a 19 MB world, so give the cat a moment).
AI disclosure: the course layout, physics, verification and most text are hand-authored. Some portrait paintings and illustrations were produced with image-generation tools from the studio's own prompts; music and sound effects are procedural.
New landmarks are added on top every week. Tell us where you fell.
